DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes, we ship all over the world. If you country is not listed in the shipping destinations please contact mrnope@nopeshop.com & will we see if we can ship to your country.
I HAVE PLACED A PRE-ORDER WITH YOU, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT ?
All pre-order shipping information is listed on the individual product pages, if there is still something you still need to know then drop an email to mrnope@nopeshop.com.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER ?
Please email mrnope@nopeshop.com stating your order number.
DO YOU PROVIDE ORDER TRACKING ?
Yes, if you select the track & trace option at the checkout you will receive a tracking code for your order. All standard shipping skate deck orders all come with tracking as standard, if you select full track and trace for a skate deck order this will be delivered world wide within 1-4 days depending on locationn
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
All items are made to order at Nopeshop.com, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be produced, after your order has been despatched you will receive an email with confirmation & tracking number if applicable.
UK & EUROPEAN ORDERS
The estimated delivery time for all UK & European orders is 2-10 working days from when an item has been marked as shipped. The shipping time will be dependant on which shipping option you select at the checkout.
*Please note that due to the UK leaving the EU as of January 2021 the UK will experience slight delays due to custom checks that must now take place.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The estimated delivery time for all International orders is 5-10 working days days from when an item has been marked as shipped. The shipping time will be dependant on which shipping option you select at the checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched your will receive an email with confirmation.
THE UK IS NOT PART OF THE EU ANYMORE WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR UK ORDERS ?
If your order including shipping is greater than 22 Euro but below 150 Euro you will be required to pay UK VAT, this will be charged too you by the shipping company and you will need to pay them directly.
If your order including shipping is greater that 150 Euro you will be required to to pay UK VAT & Import Duties, this will be charged too you by the shipping company and you will need to pay them directly.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?
Shipping is calculated automatically by weight, location and service selected at the checkout. The Standard shipping option is the most cost effective method to ship items, but please note this shipping method DOES NOT include tracking unless it is a skate deck order.
HOW BIG ARE THE PRINTS ?
Please refer to the product description of the item you are interested in.
DO YOU SUPPLY FRAMED PRINTS ?
YES!! Selected items in the store are available with the option to be framed & delivered to your door. Please contact if you would like to have a print framed that is currently not offered as a framed print.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ?
Yes, Item(s) purchased from www.nopeshop.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund or exchange just contact mrnope@nopeshop.com before sending your return. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package also.
