CAN I PAY BY IDEAL ?
Currently our checkout does not support IDEAL payments, we do support Apple Pay for ING Customers. If you wish to pay by IDEAL and your bank does not support Apple Pay, we do offer a Tikkie service - To pay via the Tikkie app please reach out to me HERE.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
DO YOU PROVIDE ORDER TRACKING ?
Yes, on both the recorded & express shipping options the orders are fully trackable.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
All items are made to order at Nopeshop.com, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be produced, after your order has been despatched you will receive an email with confirmation & tracking number if applicable.
UK & EUROPEAN ORDERS
The estimated delivery time for all UK & European orders is 2-10 working days from when an item has been marked as shipped. The shipping time will be dependant on which shipping option you select at the checkout.
The estimated delivery time for all International orders is 5-10 working days days from when an item has been marked as shipped. The shipping time will be dependant on which shipping option you select at the checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched your will receive an email with confirmation.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?
UK Shipping starts at 2 Euros.
European Shipping starts at 4 Euros.
US Shipping starts at 5 Euros.
Rest of the world shipping starts at 5 Euros.
Shipping is calculated by automatically by weight, location and service selected at the checkout. Standard shipping is the most cost effective method to ship items, but please note this shipping method DOES NOT include tracking.
HOW BIG ARE THE PRINTS ?
Please refer to the product description of the item you are interested in.
DO YOU SUPPLY FRAMED PRINTS ?
No, we currently do not supply any framing all our prints are UNFRAMED. We print in standard print paper format so frames can be easily sourced by a number of retailers.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ?
Yes, Item(s) purchased from www.nopeshop.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund or exchange just contact email@example.com before sending your return. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package also.
