  • Nope Design is an independent creative studio founded by Neil Ellam (Mr. Nope). We specialize in illustration, sportswear design, branding, packaging, skateboard graphics, and custom creative projects.

  • Nopeshop is the online store for Mr. Nope’s creations — offering skate-inspired apparel, prints, stickers, skateboard decks, and limited-edition designs.

Nopeshop FAQs – Orders, Shipping & Payments

  • As of 29 August 2025, the US ended its de minimis exemption (which previously allowed packages under $800 to enter duty-free). Major European carriers, including PostNL, DHL, and Deutsche Post, have paused standard shipping to the US due to added customs paperwork and costs.

    At the moment, Nopeshop can only ship to the US via express services. These are fast but more expensive, and unfortunately, outside of our control.

  • Yes. Since the de minimis exemption ended, all US orders from Europe may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and state taxes, regardless of order size. These charges are set by US Customs and your local state — not by Nopeshop.

    You’ll need to pay these fees directly to customs before your order is delivered. The exact amount varies depending on your state and product type.

  • Nopeshop accepts a wide range of secure payment methods through Squarespace Payments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal.

    You can pay with:

    • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay)

    • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link)

    • Buy now, pay later options (Klarna, where available)

    • Cartes Bancaires (CB) in supported regions

    All payments are processed securely, and you’ll receive instant confirmation once your order is complete.

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or corrupted. If you experience any issues, contact us at mrnope@nopeshop.com and we’ll help resolve it.

  • Our apparel follows a regular unisex fit designed to suit all genders.

    • Prefer a looser, oversized streetwear look? Order one size up from your usual.

    • For a closer fit, stick to your regular size.

  • Delivery varies by region. Within Europe, orders usually arrive in 3–5 working days. US and international orders may take longer due to customs clearance. Express delivery is available at checkout.

  • We occasionally run free shipping promotions on selected products or regions. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Nopeshop offers worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary by region and are displayed at checkout. Within Europe, orders usually arrive in 3–5 working days, while international orders may take longer due to customs processing. Express delivery options are also available.

    We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty.
