SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Nopeshop, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably, no matter where you are in the world. Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout, with both standard untracked and tracked delivery options available. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs checks or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3–5 working days after dispatch
UK: 5–7 working days after dispatch
International: 7–14 working days after dispatch (customs may cause delays)
Express delivery is available at checkout. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.

Tracked shipping includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time. If you select standard untracked shipping, no tracking will be available. Confirmation of shipping will still be sent via email.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method. Standard (untracked) and tracked delivery options are available. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — sign up to our newsletter to stay informed.

Yes, Nopeshop ships worldwide 🌍. Delivery times and costs vary by country. Please note international orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, or taxes set by your local government. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your checkout price.

We ship to the UK with both standard and express delivery options. Please note that since Brexit, UK orders may be subject to:
Customs duties and VAT: Applied by HMRC depending on the order value.
Courier handling fees: Charged by couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, UPS) to process customs clearance.
Possible delivery delays: Due to customs checks at the border.
These charges are not included in your Nopeshop checkout total and must be paid directly to the courier or HMRC before your order can be delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount, as it varies by order value and local regulations.

If you’re based in the EU or The Netherlands, you will not have to pay any extra customs duties or import taxes — your order ships freely within the EU single market.
For orders outside the EU (such as the UK, USA, or other international destinations), customs duties, import taxes, and courier handling fees may apply. These charges are separate from your Nopeshop checkout total and must be paid directly to your local authority or courier before delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these costs as they vary by country and order value.

Delays may occur due to customs checks, postal strikes, or seasonal demand. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at mrnope@nopeshop.com and we’ll help track the situation.

Since 29 August 2025, the United States ended its de minimis exemption (previously allowed goods under $800 to enter duty-free). As a result:
All parcels sent to the US may now be subject to import duties, customs fees, and state taxes, regardless of value.
Many major European carriers (PostNL, DHL, Deutsche Post, La Poste, etc.) have suspended standard shipping to the US.
Currently, we can only ship to the US via express courier services (e.g., UPS, DHL Express), which are fast but more expensive.
Extra fees are set by US Customs and local state authorities, and must be paid directly by the customer.
Unfortunately, these rules are outside of our control, but we’re monitoring the situation closely and will update this policy if changes occur.
RETURNS INFORMATION
At Nopeshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty. Below you’ll find full details on eligibility, exceptions, and how to start a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 28 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, with their original packaging and tags intact.
We offer exchanges for a different size or item, subject to availability.

Exceptions
Digital Downloads: These are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the file is proven to be faulty.
Personalized or Made-to-Order Items: These are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Approval
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact us at mrnope@nopeshop.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
Returns or exchanges must be approved by us before items are sent back. Returns without prior contact may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

International Returns
The same return rules apply to international orders.
Import taxes or customs fees related to the return will be handled on our side, so you won’t need to worry about them.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only once your return is received and inspected.
Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed.
